The view from my room at the hotel we stay in at Auronzo Di Cadore in the eastern Dolomites

Brett and Lyn also had an ST4S

James and Marie - high in the Dolomites

Belly dancing in Verona !

Lake Garda

A little village on Lake Garda

me in the snow about a week before the tour started

The roads were great despite the snowfalls

This lake was covered in ice - high in the Dolomites

Having a break before tackling another high pass

Lynn and Lea off the bikes for a break

We went through this National Park in Switzerland on Day 1

At the top of Passo Pennes on the trusty Transalp

Another iced up lake just before arriving at St Moritz

The roads in Switzerland are perfect !

I stayed in this hotel located in a national park in Switzerland

I went over the Manghen Pass 3 weeks on my own 3 weeks before the tour - I was all alone up there at 7.30 at night - glad I did not get a flat tyre !

Looking back down the Maloja Pass on the way to St Moritz

Our bikes outside the hotel in Cavalese

Albert and Marie working out what to eat for dinner

Albert and Marie - they came to Tuscany two years earlier.

Pete and Daniela - they also came to Tuscany two years earlier.

Neil and Lea

Brett and Lynn chaecking out the menu

Ian, Craig and me

Albert

We had lunch at this great restaurant on the way to Passo Pennes

Some of the roads had quite a drop over the side !

Approaching Cortina

This was typical of the roads in the Dolomites - great surfaces and little traffic

Me trying to work out the food bill at out hotel in the eastern Dolomites !

Ian who really enjoyed the VFR - he did lots of kms on it !

Wasn't a bad day of riding, was it?

I would like to order pizza !

Are we lost - two young ladie turned up in a Fiat Panda and we followed them for the next 30 km through some very narrow mountain roads.

A beautiful road in Slovenia, which Ian visited

Can you see the little specks on the road - they are motor cycles!

An enjoyable dinner in Cavalese

Eligio and friends waiting for us to arrive in Mandello on day 7. Eligio supplies bikes to us.
